Compmage provides small and medium businesses with hardware services which comprehensively cover the following parts, products and systems:
- Desktop computers with their components such as motherboards, hard disks, removable media devices (CD/DVD-ROM drives), expansion cards (sound and graphics cards), ports for external peripherals (USB, FireWire) and power supply units.
- Laptops, netbooks and smartphones (BlackBerries).
- Internet connection and network equipment such as, network adapters, cable and DSL modems, routers, servers, workstations, desktop computers, network cards, switches and firewalls.
As a business customer you are free to use our service in the following ways:
- Troubleshooting and recovery service if a piece of your company’s hardware suddenly stops working or it is operating sluggishly, inefficiently or improperly.
- Constant IT support if you want us to take care of your company’s computer hardware on a regular basis. In that case we look after the components of your hardware system from purchase and setup through configuration and maintenance to upgrade. Taking this option, you can pay an agreed fixed fee per month for an unlimited IT support by phone, e-mail and on-site.
- Hardware project management if you want us to plan, carry out or take part in any project involving hardware components such as building a company network or bringing up desktop computers to date.
Depending on your requirements and actual needs our services are available both on-site and off-site. That is we can act both as a team of IT engineers fixing hardware components directly in your commercial premises or as a 24/7 helpline offering advice and customer service via telephone or e-mail.
